Important Update About Prime Select
Changes Effective December 31, 2024
As of December 31, 2024, Sana will no longer directly partner with the Prime Select network. This decision is based primarily on low utilization of the network (about 1% of total volume per month). This change is part of our commitment to providing you with better care options and greater value. Seeing a Prime Provider Before December 31, 2024?
If you have an appointment with a Prime network provider before this date, your provider can still bill Sana directly. To ensure proper processing, share this message with your provider:
"Sana Benefits leases access to Prime Health Services, allowing Sana members to use all providers in their Prime Select network. Since your practice is in-network, Sana will pay my claims at the Prime Select contracted rate. Please send my claims directly to Sana using the address and electronic payer ID listed on the back of my member ID card."
