After careful consideration and an in-depth analysis, Sana has decided that as of 12/31/24, we will no longer contract with the Prime Health network. If you are an in-network Prime provider with a current Sana Benefits patient, the good news is that you are able to continue providing care! Sana is happy to work with any provider and we'll never charge your patients out-of-network fees.
You may send claims to Sana directly using the address and electronic payer ID listed on the back of the Sana member ID card. These claims will be reimbursed at our standard rates (120% of the CMS Allowable for professional services and 140% of the CMS Allowable for institutional services). Alternatively, you may submit a request for a direct contract to negotiate terms.
