HealthSmart's Network Access with Sana Benefits

Sana Benefits provides members access to either the HealthSmart Physician & Ancillary Only network or the HealthSmart Preferred PPO network, depending on their group’s selected plan. Network access can be verified by checking the member’s ID card. 

Claims & Payment Information

If your practice is in-network, Sana will process claims at the HealthSmart contracted rate. However, if your practice is also directly contracted with Sana, the Sana rate will apply instead.

Submitting Claims to Sana

All claims should be sent directly to Sana using the address and electronic payer ID found on the back of the member’s Sana ID card.

Additional Provider Options
