Healthcare how you want it, when you want it: Communicate with your Care Team like it’s the 21st Century. Instead of scheduling an appointment, send us messages, photos, and attachments at your convenience. You can use Sana Care from a desktop or mobile phone.
A Care Team you can count on: Your Care Team is your own personal team of healthcare experts. They’ll work with you on any and all of your health concerns until you’re all better.
No question is too big or too small: Whenever a health concern comes up, contact Sana Care first. If your Care Team can’t treat your condition in-house, we’ll coordinate the best local care for you.
Eligibility & Cost
Sana Care is available at no cost to Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin members over the age of 18 and is coming soon to other states.
Getting Started

Sign in to your member portal and select “My Sana Care” from your side navigation.

Create a new Care Request and explain your situation or ask a question.

Write as many details as possible, and attach photos or files as needed.

Your care team will start working with you within minutes.

Your team will work with you for as long as it takes to get you back on your feet.
Providers are available between 9 AM and 5 PM Central. If it’s an emergency, make your way to the ER or dial 911. If your health question or concern can wait and it’s after hours, just send us a message and we’ll get back to you first thing in the morning.
