How It Works
Contact Sana Customer Support to get started with Carrum Health. You'll be connected to our Nuse Care Navigation team, who will:
Help determine if Carrum is right for your situation
Coordinate with Carrum’s care team
Guide you through next steps, including provider matching and scheduling
If surgery may not be the best option, Carrum can also arrange a no-cost second opinion with a top specialist.

PPO Plus: Free
PPO Plus HSA: Free after deductible (limited to IRS minimums based on your plan year)
Centers of Excellence
Carrum provides access to leading hospitals nationwide and may cover travel if care is not available locally. Specific locations will be coordinated through the Carrum care team.
