Employer Location
While employees can get great benefits wherever they live and travel across the United States, at this point in time, Sana can only offer coverage to employers with locations in Texas, Kentucky, Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Alabama. We'll announce additional states as we continue to grow.

Your employees will have ample access to great providers no matter where they live or travel to in the United States.
Our network includes an ecosystem of respected, modern providers available for everything from telehealth to complex procedures — all at little or no cost to you — as well as a variety of quality, accessible contracted providers. Sana also partners with HealthSmart and Prime Health to ensure members across the U.S. have access to over 1.7 million provider locations.
Don’t see your preferred provider in our network? Most providers agree to take Sana! Show them your ID card so they can verify benefits and bill us directly.
