Talking to Providers
Most providers agree to take Sana. Let them know you’re with Sana when you make your appointment and show them your ID card so they can verify benefits and bill us directly. Here's how:
Here is my Sana insurance card. Please use the electronic payer ID or the address provided to send claims directly to Sana. While you may not recognize “Sana,” you might be part of the Prime or HealthSmart networks, which Sana partners with. In addition, Sana processes all claims as in-network and is happy to have any provider bill them directly. You can verify my benefits or ask billing questions quickly via chat at sanabenefits.com/chat, Monday through Friday, 7 AM–7 PM Central, or at (833) 726-2123.
If your provider is unwilling to bill Sana,
