Need Help Booking an Appointment? Sana Has You Covered!

Whether you’re staying with your current provider or looking for a new one, Sana keeps things simple. We accept claims from any provider who’s willing to bill us directly—and we never charge penalties for going out-of-network.

 

Talking to Providers

Most providers are happy to work with Sana. To make the process smooth, let them know you’re with Sana when scheduling your appointment and share your ID card. Here's a helpful script:

"Here is my Sana insurance card. Please use the electronic payer ID or the address listed to send claims directly to Sana. While you may not recognize Sana Benefits, your practice might be part of the HealthSmart network, which Sana partners with. The network affiliation with HealthSmart is listed on the bottom of my card.

Sana accepts claims from out-of-network providers without any penalties and welcomes billing from any provider. For questions about benefits or billing, you can reach Sana quickly via chat at sanabenefits.com/chat (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM Central) or by calling (833) 726-2123."

 

What If My Provider Won’t Bill Sana?
