If you're having trouble accessing your Sana account, don’t worry — most login issues can be resolved quickly. Follow the steps below to reset your password or troubleshoot common problems.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Sana login page.
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password.
Once updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you don’t see the reset email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes emails take a moment to arrive

Still Can’t Log In?
If resetting your password didn’t work, try these quick fixes:
Use a Supported Browser
For the best experience, use:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Safari (latest version)
- Firefox
We don’t support Internet Explorer or older versions of Microsoft Edge. Switching to Chrome often resolves login issues.
Refresh or Restart
- Refresh the login page
- Close and reopen your browser
- Try opening the site in an Incognito/Private window
This helps clear stored data that might be interfering.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes your browser saves old data that can cause login problems. Clearing your cache gives the portal a fresh start.

Try a Different Device
For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
While the portal may work on phones or tablets, it’s not fully optimized for mobile devices yet.
Check for VPNs or Pop-Up Blockers
If you’re on a work computer, using a VPN, or have browser extensions like ad blockers enabled, they may interfere with login. Try temporarily disabling them and logging in again.
When to Contact Support
Reach out to Sana Support if:
- You reset your password but still can’t log in
- You’re seeing an error message
- The login page keeps refreshing
- Nothing happens when you click “Submit”
If possible, include:
- The device you’re using (Mac, PC, iPhone, Android, etc.)
- The browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- A screenshot of the error message
