What Can I Find in My Document Center?

Your Sana Document Center is a centralized hub in your member portal where you can access official plan documents, benefit summaries, and required regulatory notices.

How to Access Your Document Center

1. Log in to your Sana Member Portal.
2. On the left-hand navigation menu, locate the Resources section.
3. Click Documents.

Note: Your Document Center displays documents for all active and historical plans offered by your employer. Always verify that you are reviewing the document for your correct plan name and plan year.

Available Documents

Depending on your enrolled coverage, you can typically view and download:

• Benefits Guide: A comprehensive overview of your employer’s health plan offerings.
• Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC): Detailed breakdowns of covered services, cost-sharing, and plan rules.
• Pharmacy Documents: Your Pharmacy Benefits Manager Welcome packet and any corresponding necessary documentation.
• Rights, Privacy & Medicare Notices: Official legal disclosures, HIPAA privacy notices, and Creditable Coverage notices (where applicable).

Can’t Find What You Need?

If you are looking for a specific document that isn't listed in your Document Center:

• Click the Chat Bot icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
• Answer a few quick questions to be connected with a Customer Support Representative who can locate or send the document to you.
