No — you can still use Sana Care through your web portal! The app is an additional, more convenient way to access your care team.
Is care different in the app vs. in the web portal?
No — you can connect with the same care team, receive the same level of care, and see all of your Sana Care activity. It’s still Sana Care, just optimized for mobile.
