How to Enroll in a Sana Plan

On the first day of Open Enrollment, we'll send you an email to the email address provided by your employer. 

If you didn't receive an open enrollment email, go to your employer or HR manager to:

  • Confirm the email is already sent
  • Confirm they have your correct email address and it was entered in Sana correctly

You may also want to check your spam folder. 

If your employer has confirmed that the open enrollment email was already sent, and your email address was entered correctly, you can request a new registration link.

Qualifying Life Events (QLE)

You'll be able to make changes to your plan mid-year, such as adding or dropping a dependent. Learn what's considered a qualifying life event or QLE
